Who we are

TubeScale is a done-for-you faceless YouTube channel production service, founded by Hafiz Ateeq. This website (tubescale.pages.dev) explains our services and lets visitors contact us. You can reach us at awaissb878@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 322 7836723.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox.
• WhatsApp: if you tap a chat button on this site, your conversation with us takes place on WhatsApp, and we see the phone number and messages you send there.

This website has no user accounts, no on-site payments, and no comment or upload features, so we do not collect account credentials, payment card details, or uploaded files through this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your channel goals.
• To provide the service you order and communicate about its progress.
• To keep basic records of our client communications.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with the services needed to receive and answer your message — FormSubmit (contact form delivery), WhatsApp/Meta (if you message us there), and our email provider. Service providers such as Cloudflare (website hosting) process technical data needed to serve this site. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Third-party services involved in delivering the site — such as Cloudflare and FormSubmit — may use essential cookies required for security and basic operation. WhatsApp's own cookie and privacy practices apply once you open a chat there.

Data retention

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond, provide the service, and maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your messages and contact details at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Withdraw from further communication.

We will respond to deletion and access requests sent to awaissb878@gmail.com.
