Services

TubeScale, founded by Hafiz Ateeq, provides done-for-you faceless YouTube video production: topic research, original scripts, voiceover, visuals, editing, thumbnails, SEO metadata, and — where included in your package — uploading and scheduling. Services are sold as the packages described on this website (a one-time Paid Pilot and monthly production plans).

Orders and payment

Orders are arranged directly with us via WhatsApp after your enquiry; this website has no checkout. We will confirm your package, price, and scope with you before any payment. Work begins after your payment has been received and confirmed. Monthly plans have a three-month minimum term; after that minimum, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. The Paid Pilot is a one-time project.

Delivery and revisions

We deliver the videos and materials included in your purchased package, on the cadence agreed when you order. If something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will revise it in line with your package. Delivery timelines are estimates that depend on both parties supplying agreed inputs on time.

Client responsibilities

• Provide the topics, information, and approvals we agree on, in a timely manner.
• Where upload support is included, grant access through YouTube's channel permissions — you never need to share your password with us.
• You own your YouTube channel and remain responsible for it, including keeping it compliant with YouTube's policies.

No guarantees

We never guarantee views, subscribers, watch time, revenue, or approval into the YouTube Partner Program. Those outcomes depend on YouTube's systems, audience behaviour, and the market, which are outside our control. We produce original, human-directed work designed to reduce monetization risk, but final monetization decisions rest solely with YouTube.

Intellectual property

Once your invoices are paid in full, you own the final content we produce for you, subject to any standard licenses attached to third-party assets (such as stock footage or music) used in production. Until payment is complete, delivered previews remain our property. Our workflows, templates, and production processes remain the property of TubeScale.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeScale's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or channel growth that did not occur.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies. Changes do not retroactively alter work already paid for and agreed.
